PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk targets the sales of IDR 130 billion from the three renovated outlets. The company’s director, Tjia Tjhin Hwa said that those three outlets were located in Jakarta (Daan Mogot and Percetakan Negara) and Surabaya (Wiyung). She said that the renovation has been done to increase the company’s sales. The renovation costs an estimated of IDR 1.3 billion, respectively IDR 500 million for the outlets in Jakarta (Daan Mogot and Percetakan Negara) and IDR 300 million for the outlet in Surabaya (Wiyung). The president director of Mitra10, Andy Totong said that the renovation is a continuation of consolidation and rearrangement of the outlets begin from last year. In the first quarter of 2010, Mitra10 booked 24% in sales growth from the sales in the previous year. It has 25% average growth in the last 4 years. The company makes Mitra10 to be the backbone for the company sales in the upcoming years. In 2010, modern retail segment is targeted to contribute for 20% of the total sales target.
