| Catur Sentosa Eyes on the Revenue of IDR 3.3 Trillion |

The shareholders of PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk (CSAP) had agreed the acquisition of land for the opening of new distribution branches worth of IDR 19.4 billion. The acquisition is expected to boost sales to grow by 15% to IDR 3.3 trillion in 2010. The finance director of Catur Sentosa, Triana Soenaryo, said that the land acquisition consists of 21,000m2 of land located at Bogor, Pekanbaru and Pangkalpinang. Currently, Catur Sentosa has 37 branches of building material and chemicals, 18 outlets of modern retail Mitra10 and 5 outlets of SB Furniture. In the first quarter of 2010, the company booked a sales of IDR 750 billion, a 15% increased on sales of IDR 649 billion in the first quarter of 2009. The sales is most contributed from distribution segment worth of IDR 595 billion, a 13% increased on IDR 524 billion. The company posted net income of IDR 11.8 billion, reflecting 45% of 2010 net income target of IDR 26 billion. The company will expand to the distribution of customer goods in this year to increase sales. As a consequences, the company does not distribute dividend this year.
