To anticipate the globalization and free trade AFTA which poses more challenges and competitions in the business world, in which retail business is predicted to be growing, PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (CMSS), a subsidiary company of PT. Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk, established the first building materials supermarket in Indonesia with brand MITRA10 in 1996.

 

Considering that one stop shopping concept has become popular among consumers, Mitra10 developed a new concept, “Superstore”, in which customers can buy a wide variety of building materials and home improvement products at a convenient shopping area with competitive price.
