Received a degree of Doctorandus from Economic Faculty of Gajah Mada University in 1969 and M.A Degree from STTRII in 2008. Started his first career at Citibank N.A. Jakarta (1969-1980). Held position as Director at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia (1980-1986) and held position as Commissioner (1986-1998), Commissioner at Korean Exchange Bank Danamon (1992 - 1998), a Lecturer at SESPIBANK-Bank Indonesia (1992-2002), President Director at PT Bank Delta (1995-1996), Commissioner at PT Bank Dana Asia (1997-1998), and Independent Commissioner at PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk. (1998-2008). Joined with the Company and served as President Commissioner at the Company since 2001 as well as Independent Commissioner. Still held important positions as an Arbiter at Indonesian National Arbitration Committee (BANI) since 1997 and Independent Commissioner at PT ANZ Panin Bank since 2008. |

Joined with the Company and held a position as Commissioner since 1983. Some important positions have been held are: as Commissioner at PT Harmoni Graha Indah since 1985, Commissioner at PT Buanatata Adisentosa since 1994, as President Commissioner at PT Darmapatria Sentosa Abadi since 1994, and Commissioner at PT Budicahaya Gemilang since 1966, President Commissioner at PT Jati Alam Muara Indah since 2001, and as a Commissioner at PT Ekasentosa Jayasukses since 2005.

Indonesian citizen, was born in Jakarta in 1971. Received diploma at St. Mary Tourism Academy, Jakarta in 1992. Started her career as Tour Leader at Vata Tour. Joined with the Company and held a position as Sales Project Supervisor from 1994 to 1997. Since 1997, she was promoted as Sales Manager at PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (1997 - 2002). After some years not active in the company and subsidiaries, she has been appointed as Commissioner since 2009.

Started her career as Assistant Marketing Director at PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel (1997-1998), Entrepreneur (1998-2002), and Assistant Notary at Notary Office DR. Irawan Soerodjo, SH, MSi (2002-now). Has served as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2010.
